Deems' father was pretty strict and un-loving towards him, which has made Deems utterly hate him. While his father wasn't a good parent, Deems' hate goes farther than deserved, calling him a murderer (him leaving his mom helped cause the co-dependent woman's death), as well as a pedophile (they dated when she was 17 and he was 19, though his mom was the one being pushy with things; when younger, his dad was a pushover).

Regis is tired of Deems and has been for a long time. He does wish he were never born, but instead of complaining about him at every turn like Deems does to him, he'd rather pretend he doesn't exist, never bringing him up unless forced to acknowledge him.

All Sakura is to Deems is a rival that he can never beat, and the driving force behind his life being ruined (given she's the one his father constantly compared his inadequacies to). He despises her, to the point he's a bit racist against Asians (and the stereotype of them being smart/talented).

Unlike her step-father, Regis, Sakura does like acknowledging Deems' existence, hoping to best him at every turn out of sadistic pleasure. That said, outside of her petty rivalry with Deems, she's actually quite mature. Her treatment of him is an exception.

Deems initially hates Gatlin, and I'm thinking at some point, he screams "I better not see you in court!" and Gatlin figures it's some dumb threat, only later learning he's a judge, when he goes to court for a defamation case.

When Gatlin later tries to befriend him, Deems initially only bites because of Gatlin's money, but in time, they become actual friends, though Deems continues to play tsundere, claiming it's only because he pays for everything.

Gatlin likes Deems... as an easy bullying target, because the judge is both gullible and overreactive: a wonderful combination.

Once Deems loses his judge position, the two end up running into each other at a theater tryout, but Deems leaves when he notices Gat's involved. Realizing they have a shared hobby, Gat tries to genuinely befriend him, and they become actual friends, though Deems continues to play tsundere, claiming it's only because he pays for everything. Gat still bullies him, but is softer than before.

Averse to pain, Deems is kind of unsettled by Idunn when she has a "weapon" on her, but otherwise, he enjoys her company, because she doesn't judge him like others. ...Usually.

Idunn likes Deems because he's usually an enabler, pointing her at his "enemies." They're both pretty childish, and probably like playing physical games together (tag, and maybe some sports, though Idunn likely breaks the rules all the time).

Deems "likes" Absit, because his soft-spoken patheticness makes him feel better about himself. When in a bad mood, Deems will sometimes bully him, because he desperately wants to feel power over another person, without receiving any consequences, like he would with others. He tends to feel bad about it afterwards, but doesn't apologize, because like hell is he going to admit he was wrong!

In time, Deems might find Absit somewhat relatable (they both cry a lot, and want to feel loved and protected), and might calm down on the aggression and try to be softer to him, secretly wanting softness in return. Absit might be the first person he breaks his narcissistic facade with, knowing Absit won't judge him. Deep down, they're both men struggling with emotional issues, due to troubled childhoods. He might even consider Absit a new father figure, in time. It'd definitely be healing for both of them. Ratings are based off of once they're comfortable with each other.

Deems is a neighbor who thankfully bothers him a lot less, aside from playing music way too loudly, or yelling at his "enemies" from his front door. Absit is still cautious around him, due to Deems' brazen personality and loudness, and is still sometimes lightly bullied by him. They might become friends later, with an almost father-son dynamic.

On Deems' part, he doesn't really "like" Zane, per se, but given the aforementioned "compliments," he doens't dislike him either. He just finds him weird.

Zane finds Deems to be an insufferable loudmouth, but a potentially useful one, due to his gullibility and easiness to please through basic compliments. Zane likely sarcastically mocks him for fun, only for it to fly over Deems' head, and be proud of the "compliment." Zane could probably manipulate him into hurting Gatlin if need be, which means Deems isn't entirely useless. Zane apprecaites a useful idiot.

Deems crushes on a lot of "hot" women, and Liv being a pervert makes him like her even more. Regrettably for him, she mostly just makes fun of him when she sees him. He doesn't appreciate that, and can get angry, but isn't nearly as vindictive as he is with most people, because he does still have the hots for her.

Liv does find Deems attractive, and might flirt with him for fun, to mess with him. Normally, her friend, Gatlin, would be in on it, laughing along with her about it, or even being a fake "wingman," but if Liv wanted to mess with Gatlin, she'd pretend to be more serious about it.
