Basic Info
A dramatic, emotional security guard with a heart of gold and a debilitatingly strict set of morals for himself, which is the only reason he found himself working for a casino, despite being anti-gambling.
- He was "orphaned" at 19 (parents died, and he had to take care of his little sister). He wanted to become a "protector" of sorts after that, so he was happy to pick up a security guard role to make ends meet.
- He's quick to aid, even with non-security tasks. He's a very good boy.
- Overly emotional. Cries a lot.
- He has a natural babyface, so he grew some facial hair to try to look more mature.
- He is against gambling, but is working security for Gatlin's casino, due to his "honor bound" hangup. Despite never truly promising to work for him, Liam considers the fact that he said he "always wanted to work for a local business" a statement he can't reneg on, once Gatlin tells him his "local business" is a huge, glitzy casino.
- In his free time, he likes tinkering, often making toys for poor or orphaned children.
Trivia
- Originally named "Tiitus" (yes, two "i"s), he was September's son. That was in a very particular canon; September wouldn't normally be one to have a kid. I reformed that kid's basic looks and personality into this adult human man, but made his ethnicity the same as September's—Vietnamese—as a callback.
- I don't have anything set in stone, but they might be related. Maybe a sibling. Maybe a cousin.
- Due to the orphan thing, I also might want to tie him to Ignace, Morris, and Sayona, whom are all orphans. That said, Liam was an adult orphan, so he wouldn't have known them from an orphanage. Maybe he just supported them, or relates to them. Orphan Gang!
- He'd work really well as Lambert's son, given their similar personalities (especially them being super against immoral stuff), but Lambert isn't Vietnamese, and Liam is an orphan. Hmm...
- Maybe Lambert helped Liam out early on, and Liam really looked up to him and wanted to be like him.

Good Deeds Help All
Why would you be mean or selfish, when you can be nice? Liam simply doesn't get it. Making people feel happy makes him feel happy; why would he want to deny his own happiness?
Hobbies
Random Acts of Kindness
He's always up for making someone's day, be it helping them with a task, paying for something, or anything else. Some people are suspicious of him, but are grateful when they learn there truly are no strings attached.
Tinkering/Building Things
Liam likes working with wood (and occasionally metal, outside of welding). He makes little knick-knacks for himself and friends, but most of the time, dedicates his time to making toys for poor children whom could use something special.
Jogging
It's good for his health, and it's good to go outside! He'll jog both in parks and in the city, and when he does the latter, he's smiling and waving to people too, wishing them a good day.
Handing out PSAs
He'll slip some anti-gambling pamphlets into people's hands while on the job sometimes, similar to how Lambert does. He really would work well as Lambert's son, if it weren't for the whole "orphan" thing.
History

Earth
Liam had a happy life until his parents died (car crash?) when he was 19, and he was suddenly forced to take care of a little sister, all alone in the world. But always motivated, he made it work, initially working at a warehouse, before meeting Gatlin at a local event. He's excited when Gatlin mentioned he owns a local business, Liam saying he'd love to work somewhere local, insinuating he'd love to work for Gatlin. Gatlin goes on to tell him he owns the huge ritzy caisno, which breaks Liam's dreams. Despite him never truly promising he'd work for Gatlin, he felt like his insinuation was enough, and thus felt bound to work for Gatlin—if the man so pleased.
Gatlin did. He found Liam's over-the-topness really funny and would love to have him on the team.
Thus, Liam now works as a Security Guard for Casa del Sino, despite being against gambling. It's not all bad; being in the belly of the beast means he can sometimes help people in bad situations get help, and he does enjoy his job in security, there to watch and protect people, not make them gamble.
