Girl, you won't believe what happened to Samantha last Tuesday. 'Kay, let me fill you in...
Basic Info
An obnoxious young sun elf with big ambitions, but an off-balanced amount of motivation. He works super hard to please his superiors, but when they're not watching, he can often be found lazing about instead, normally in odd poses. He is very loud, showing little regard for keeping quiet when walking around/moving objects/listening to the radio. His magic also fits this trait, focusing on booming Thunder damage more than anything else.
He is incredibly nationalistic, hoping to turn his peaceful city into the economic and military powerhouse it's perfectly capable of being. He's frustrated that September doesn't see it that way, instead focusing mostly on cooperation with other cities. He may have made some backdoor deals with a few shady businessmen to try to cause a stir and force a policy change or two, but he plays innocent. He is a good liar, when he needs to be.
- Loudness: He is deeply paranoid about being attacked or kidnapped, and being loud puts him at ease, as he figures at least someone must know where he is at all times.
- He is also scared of the dark, and tends to light up (a racial trait) whenever he's frightened.
- He is very proud of 'his people' (Sun Elves), after another Sun Elf told him grand stories of their ventures in their old world. Unbenknownst to him, this elf was from an entirely different world. He's not even full sun elf. He's half-Tiefling.
Trivia
- The reason behind his name is that I was in St. Ignace, Michigan when I designed him. That's it. But it suits him because it means 'Fiery One.'
- He is very passionate about Spreadsheet making, and often makes them in his freetime.
- He is the absolute worst at sneaking around, but he does technically have some spells that utilize deception (Disguise Self, Major Image, and Mislead).
- He loves his horns, because he can easily tie a tiny war gong right in the center of them. NO HANDS!
- He has likely used Modify Memory on many people (with their permission) in order to further guarantee their safety when making shady deal with him.
- Due to his absolute worship of the sun, he has an odd grudge against anything moon-related. This is mainly because he worries if he didn't show hate for the moon, people wouldn't think he's a true sun fan.
- EX: He lets a businessman break a law, then erases his memory of committing the crime so he doesn't need to lie about the act in court, as he truly doesn't remember it.

Philosophy
Mmm, yeah, maybe later.
Work Soft Play Hard
Work hard when you need to (like when people are watching, and you're gunning for a promotion), but otherwise, slack off. So long as you do the bare minimum, things will be fine. Just don't get yourself fired.
Nationalism/Selfishness
One's own home should always take precedent, because that's what you are, man. Why focus on others first? That's weird.
History
Fantasy Canon
Ignace's origins are unknown to himself. He was tossed around from place until a widowed old Sun Elf who wished for company found him. She kept him well-fed and happy, and told him of grand stories of the Sun Elves—stories filled with grandoise war and combat. Ignace loved these stories as a child, and ended up growing up with the same ideals, hoping that one day, his home could be of similar power to the Sun Elves' empire. He even felt it must be destiny, given the tie in between his presumed race (Sun) and his city.
Sadly, he never thought himself strong enough to be a warrior like most Sun Elves seemed to be, so he went to a nice college to study politics instead, while practicing war instruments on the side (his favorite being the simple gong). If he could not partake in heavy combat, he would at least try to lead it, and be capable of inspiring his troops!
Earth Canon
I don't have this fleshed out, but he's still an orphan, and might know Morris.
