"Why should I be sorry that you're traumatized? Grow up."
Basic Info
Evelyn is a selfish woman who hates thin-skinned people, thinking they deserve bullying, as a means to make them "get over themselves." She picks on her half-brother, Absit constantly, and is a big reason why he's so traumatized and self-hating today.
- She genuinely doesn't understand mental illness, which fuels her disregard for how her actions affect others.
- She isn't a fan of rules, and will break laws if she thinks she can get away with it. She finds it fun.
- She's smart and curious, enjoying researching random topics, then sharing her findings.
- She's married, but hates kids. She will never have one. She does find Idunn kind of fun, but just because she can send her off to cause chaos.
Trivia
- I originally named her "Malicia," but I felt it was too on the nose.
- Name Origin:
- Evelyn: She's pretty evil, which sort of sounds like "Evel."
- Ohno: "Oh no." Yeah. Her husband's name is "Shiite," which isn't pronounced" like "shit," but it's spelled close to it.

Bullying does the Mind Good
Evelyn thinks the world has gone to shit, due to all this recent sensitivity and "PC Culture," and wants the world to get back to a time where nothing was sacred. She can't stand people who can't take a joke, and will just bully them harder, once she knows they're hurt by her words. The best way to cure sensitve babies is through exposure therapy—or so she claims.
While she does dislike her targets, she also truly believes she's doing them "good" by disregarding their feelings. She doesn't understand mental illness at all and figures it's just a crutch people use to get others to be nice to them.
Hobbies
Bullying Absit
Her favorite pastime, especially as a kid, but she still finds ways to sneak in some bullying as an adult too, be it not inviting him to her wedding, or sending him rude birthday cards reminding him that he's a bastard child. She was nice enough to not immediately joke about his wife dying, but she didn't send any condolences either.
Conning People
She doesn't need the money; she just enjoys ruining gullible people's lives. She thinks they deserve it.
Hanging out with Friends
She might be a jerk to most, but she has a friend group that meets every once and a while. They go to a lot of bars and hang out.
Researching New Topics
She just likes learning and trying new things, to expand her horizons.
History

Main (Earth)
Evelyn was born the eldest child of Ofric Oman. Six years later, Absit was born, to a Spanish mistress, and thanks to her mom's distaste of her bastard son, Evelyn learned from an early age that Absit was deserving of hate and abuse.
Already having a destructive streak, Absit was the perfect target for her bullying, because her mom didn't care and sometimes actively supported her actions (she was against physical abuse on principle, but was fine with mental abuse). Her dad disapproved of her actions, but knowing he was in the wrong for his infidelity, he rarely stopped her; normally, the most he'd do is tell her to stop, which she'd proceed to disregard, and that was the end of his attempts.
At 24, she married Shiite Ohno, a fellow con artist (but much less cruel). She invited everyone but Absit to her wedding, wanting to rub it in that he wasn't "real" family.
By that time (staring in her early 20s), her dad was ill and usually bedridden, but she didn't particularly care, always preferring her mother. By 25, he was dead, which gave her more fodder against Absit: now he was truly disconnected to the rest of the family, their one shared parent gone from the world.
She meets Absit in person at his funeral. Through his wife, Beatriz, he's a bit more put together, but still incredibly soft-spoken and humble. She brings this up, asking if he's like that due to her. He says she did play a role, but instead of feeling remorse, she rolls her eyes, thinking it's stupid a grown adult is still hurt by some childhood bullying. Absit, ever the pushover, accepts her words, taking the blame for his own trauma.
She never truly reconciles with him, always believing he's the one in the wrong for how he turned out, not her.
