Basic Info
Lugubrious's timid adviser. While never brave, he did not used to be this easily freaked out; that was gained through his boss constantly abusing him for the slightest of errors—and often for things that weren't even his fault (there was very much 'shooting of the messenger.') He's pretty passive overall, having 'learned his place' long ago, though if he were able to gain massive power, he may finally seek revenge on his boss—if he is sure he won't be able to be punished for it.
- He's a very old character that I haven't ever fleshed out. Even his design isn't really finalized (I've changed it at least three times).
- He used to be relatively optimistic, but now he's a total pessimist. He questions many people's statements, too used to his boss constantly lying about things as a joke.

Trivia
- "Picardy III" is based off of the Picardy Third. Who could've guessed.
- He has gone prematurely grey from all his stress, but tends to dye his hair. This does stress him pretty much, as it makes him wonder if he'll die early due to all of the torture he has to go through.
- Has a wife and at least two children. His family can be a bit stressful, but he also finds solace in them. His son is the biggest problem, as he hates how 'wimpy' his dad is and often tries to scare him to 'punish' him for being so pathetic. His daughter is much more friendly and supportive, but still takes too many risks that make Picardy freak out for her own well-being.
- May have started a family to keep him going, but after all the stress he's been put through, someday, their existence may cause him agony, wanting to die so badly, but not being able to because he doesn't want to hurt them.

Generalized
Born bright-eyed and ready to take on the world, and was overjoyed to be promoted to such a high position of advising Caesar, a high-ranking military officer. Too bad he learned later that he was assigned the position because nobody else wanted it and not because he was the most qualified.
Old Canon
This dude literally died countless times because he could be revived through The Fourth Wall. He was creeped out and disgusted by his many corpses, but had to deal with them every day because his boss thought it was 'funny' and thus tossed them everywhere. He often would wake up and see new ones pop up in surprising places. He has likely had multiple legitimate heart attacks due to this, despite only being 32.
Like his boss, Picardy is currently pretty one-note. 'Scardey-cat.' That's his entire personality.
