Basic Info
Arcelia's the most boring of my characters personality-wise, but makes for a decent straight man to bounce off my more ridiculous characters. She is quite emotionless and blunt with people, which make some consider her standoffish. She is very critical of her comrades, but this is done in hopes that they can improve and become better people, not to make them feel bad. She's basically the wise sage of the group. Not much phases her, but Verity has been able to get on her nerves more than anyone else, even if she still tries her best to treat the annoyance with respect most of the time.
- Despite her bluntness and lack of emotions, she's a very caring person, who often goes out of her way to support others.
Trivia
- Arcelia was originally just a random design during #NotReallyInkingInInktober (as is Liv).

Philosophy
Cold Logic
Arcelia is all about cold logic, thus while she would prefer not having any casualties, she knows that sometimes, sacrifices are needed. If one life can be sacrificed for many and she sees no other alternatives, she is not opposed to making that sacrifice. She wishes most were more logical, but she does accept that emotions have their place. What is life without emotions? It is bland and dull. She may not be very emotional, but she treasures the small amount of emotions she does have and probably wishes she felt more.
History
Fantasy
It's not set in stone, but she comes from a world where gods fight for influence through bestowing their magic to humans—at a cost. They make contracts, with the price paid being the human's beliefs and personality. The more magic they use of that god, the more their beliefs move towards the god's. Arcelia's so cold and blunt due to the god she made a deal with.
Arcelia was always relatively unemotional, which is why she felt making a contract was worth the risk, and indeed, compared to another human, she has changed less, but she's certainly changed, it even harder to actually feel anything emotionally.
