"Oh, I think we will become fast friends! ...Or enemies...? Hm. I am not sure."
Basic Info

An odd amalgam of many 'Zane Lune's from across timelines. Has various talents and interests, as well as some likes and dislikes that contradict each other, due to his fragmented mind. Overall friendly and chipper, but with eyes stare past the person he's talking to. Very loving, touchy, and social, and prone to lonliness. Has a childlike wonder of the world and loves exploring. After learning he's not a 'real' person, he suffers from self-esteem issues, but tries to put on a happy front.
- His height tends to vary based off of his mood. He'll squash/melt when sad. His other colors are also prone to changing, depending on what 'Zane' is currently most at the forefront of his mind. He can change his saturation too.
- He's a coward, but feeling like he's not worthy of being a "person," he tries to be protective of people, despite his fears.
- He has major problems knowing what's him and what's another Zane, and it scares him. His love of botany is something that's truly his own, as is his chipper personality, but he isn't sure of this fact.
- He insists his true passion is anatomy, and yet, botany seems to interest him far more.
- He tends to always sound chipper, even when insulting people or saying he hates something. It doesn't seem like sarcasm or an act. Huh.
Trivia
- He has a pet Awakened Plant who he initially considered his best friend, before he found people to be close with. His love of plants stemmed from it.
- When he sleeps or is tired/injured, he tends to shrink and become less lanky.
- The number XII has a ton of significance: XII = Midnight = 0:00 = #000000 = Black = Shadow.
- In D&D, he's a Artificer/Bard/Blood Hunter//Monk/Sorcerer/Wizard, due to all his various "people" inside of him.

Philosophy
Who am I? What am I?
Lune doesn't have a solid philosophy, because he's far too jumbled.

History

Original Story
"Lune" is a copy of Zane's soul, made sentient through Magic Time Sand. He was meant to be locked away in a well to store memories of Zanes from across universes, but accidentally wandered away, unaware of his intended role, instead believing he was the real "Zane Lune." He found his way to a town, and claimed he was Zane Lune, because according to his memories, he was. He lived a happy, ignorant life until he and some others ventured into a well to try to catch a killer, taking a huge journey through multiple timelines, which at one point led to his death and, upon revival, realization that he wasn't a normal human: he was sand.
Near the end of his journey, he learned more about his intended purpose when he runs into someone of similar origins, who goads himto stay with her and the other people of his kind. Lune was frightened of these people—most just frightening shadow forms—and desperately didn't want to be with them, while feeling immense guilt for rebelling against what he was meant to be. In the end, he does run away, too frightened of his now-known 'upbringing' to confront it head on, though the thoughts eat away at him all the same.
He still tries to put on a happy face, but he feels unworthy of being a person, and has doubts others would ever accept him.
